- Eligibility: The Trail Tacoma & Mudify LLC Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Mudify LLC, Trail Tacoma, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each are not eligible to enter—void where prohibited by law.
- Giveaway Period: The Giveaway begins on the launch date and ends on July 30th at 11:59 PM EST. All entries must be received within this period.
- How to Enter: To enter the Giveaway, participants must complete the following steps:
- Follow the Instagram accounts @mudifycom and @trail_tacoma
- Tag three friends on the Giveaway’s post.
- Leave their email at mudify.com/trailtacoma.
- For two additional entries, participants can leave their phone numbers. Each valid email entry counts as one entry into the Giveaway. Participants can earn up to two additional entries by providing their phone numbers. Limit one entry per person. Entries received from any person or email address in excess of the stated limit will be void. Entries generated by script, macro, bot, or other automated means are void. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations, logins, or any other methods will void all of that participant's entries, and that participant may be disqualified.
- Winner Selection: The winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received. The giveaway will end on July 30th, 2023. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The winners will be notified via email or the phone number provided. If a winner cannot be contacted within 1 day after the first attempt to contact them, an alternate winner may be selected.
- Prize Details: The following prizes will be awarded to the winners:
1st Prize: BP-51 Lift Kit + F&R Brake Lines (Approximate Retail Value: $4000)
2nd Prize: Nitrocharger Lift Kit + F&R Brake Lines (Approximate Retail Value: $1500)
3rd Prize: ARB Twin Compressor (Approximate Retail Value: $600)
The total value of all prizes is $6,100. No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent of the prizes is permitted. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
- Winner Announcement: The winners will be announced on August 1st, 2023 at 5:00 pm EST. The winners' names may be published on the official Trail Tacoma and Mudify LLC social media accounts and websites. By entering the Giveaway, participants grant permission for their names to be used for this purpose.
- General Conditions: By participating in the Giveaway, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Mudify LLC, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway. Participants release Mudify LLC, Trail Tacoma, Instagram, and any other entities associated with the administration of this Giveaway from any and all liability for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Giveaway or acceptance, possession, or use of any prize (including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation, or portrayal in a false light).
- Privacy: Any personal information collected from participants in connection with the Giveaway will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Giveaway and will not be disclosed to third parties except as necessary for the administration of the Giveaway or as required by law.

- Personal Information: Mudify LLC and Trail Tacoma will never contact participants to request personal information such as financial details, social security numbers, or credit card information. Any communication from Mudify LLC or Trail Tacoma asking for such information should be considered fraudulent, and participants should not provide any personal information in response. Participants are advised to exercise caution and be vigilant against phishing attempts or any suspicious communication claiming to be associated with the Giveaway. Mudify LLC and Trail Tacoma are not responsible for unauthorized solicitations or communications. By participating in the Giveaway, participants acknowledge and agree that Mudify LLC and Trail Tacoma will not be liable for any loss, damages, or consequences arising from any unauthorized or fraudulent attempts to obtain personal information.
