1. Our Commitment to Accessibility

At Mudify, we firmly believe that the internet should be available and accessible to anyone. We are committed to providing a website that is accessible to the broadest possible audience, regardless of ability or circumstances. To fulfill this, we strive to make commercially reasonable efforts to ensure our web content is accessible to people with a wide array of disabilities., including those with visual, motor, and cognitive impairments.


2. Compliance Status and Goals

We aim to adhere as strictly as possible to the World Wide Web Consortium's (W3C) Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.2 (WCAG 2.2) at the AA level.

While we are continuously improving our accessibility and adopting new technologies to reach the optimal level of compliance, we acknowledge that some sections of our website may not yet be fully accessible. We are currently in an active transition period where we are manually remediating existing content to meet these high standards. Upon receipt of such notice, you agree to grant Mudify Corp a period of thirty (30) days to investigate the issue and provide a reasonable accommodation or technical remediation ('Period to Cure'). This collaborative process is intended to ensure that our digital assets are accessible to all users without the need for unnecessary litigation.


3. Accessibility Interface & UI Adjustments

Our website utilizes a dedicated accessibility interface that allows visitors to customize the website's design and UI to their personal needs. This menu can be accessed at any time by clicking the accessibility icon or using the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + X.

Accessibility Profiles

Users can choose from pre-defined profiles designed to optimize the experience for specific needs:

  • Motor Impairment Profile: Simplifies the interface for easier navigation.

  • Color Blindness Profile: Adjusts color schemes to improve visibility for various types of color vision deficiency.

  • Cognitive Focus Profile: Helps users with cognitive disabilities focus on essential elements more easily.

  • Vision Impairment Profile: Adjusts the site for those with degrading eyesight, tunnel vision, cataracts, or glaucoma.

  • Epileptic Safe Profile: Eliminates the risk of seizures by stopping flashing animations and adjusting risky color combinations.

  • ADHD Friendly Profile: Reduces distractions and noise to help users browse and read more easily.

These profiles provide visual and interface-based adjustments. However, they may not resolve all structural accessibility limitations.

Text & Display Adjustments

  • Font & Layout: Adjust text size (Bigger Text), line height, text alignment, and text spacing for better legibility.

  • Readability Tools: Includes a "Dyslexia Friendly" font option and the ability to hide images to reduce visual clutter.

  • Visual Aids: Features a "Bigger Cursor" for easier tracking and "Image Tooltips" to display descriptions.

  • Animation Control: Allows users to "Pause Animations" to stop videos, GIFs, and CSS transitions.

Color & Contrast Adjustments

  • Contrast Profiles: Users can select Light, Dark, Inverted, or Monochrome profiles.

  • Color Filters: Specific filters for Grayscale, Red/Green, Blue/Yellow, and Green/Red vision needs.

  • Fine-Tuning: Manual adjustments for Brightness and Saturation.

Navigation Adjustments

  • Visual Focus: Features like "Highlight Links," "Reading Line," and "Reading Mask" help users follow content and identify actionable elements.

  • Content Exploration: "Read Page" functionality and "Page Structure" overview to assist in understanding the site layout.

These tools are intended to assist with content navigation and readability but may not fully substitute for assistive technologies such as screen readers.


4. Ongoing Accessibility Improvements

Mudify is actively working on improving structural accessibility elements that extend beyond visual interface adjustments. Our ongoing efforts include:

  • Alternative Text: We are manually adding accurate "Alt Text" tags to all images to ensure screen-reader users can comprehend visual content.

  • Semantic Structure: We are reconfiguring our "H tags" (headings) to ensure a logical hierarchy for better navigation.

  • Keyboard Navigation: We are enhancing keyboard navigation across interactive components

  • Forms & Interaction: Improving form labels and validation guidance to support users with motor and visual impairments.

Due to the size of our product catalog and the dynamic nature of our platform, these improvements are being implemented in phases.


5. Assistive Technology & Compatibility

We aim to support the widest possible range of browsers and assistive technologies. Our site is designed for compatibility with major systems, including Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari, Opera, and Microsoft Edge, as well as screen readers like JAWS and NVDA. However, we do not warrant that full compatibility will be maintained at all times.

If you experience difficulty accessing any part of our website, require assistance with a product, or encounter an accessibility barrier, we encourage you to contact us.

We will make reasonable efforts to provide the requested information, product details, or assistance through an alternative communication method where possible.
