General Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

All offers apply only to products explicitly marked as eligible on the Mudify website. Eligibility is determined at the time of purchase and is subject to verification.

2. Promotional Period

All promotions are valid only during the stated promotional period and while supplies last. Availability is not guaranteed.

3. Combinability of Offers

  • Big Bundles cannot be combined with any other discount, coupon, rebate, affiliate offer, or promotional pricing under any circumstance
  • Wheels & Tires discounts cannot be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated
  • Assembly offers may be combined with eligible promotions, except Big Bundles
  • Father's Day gift promotion may be combined with other eligible offers unless otherwise restricted by product or bundle conditions
  • Only one promotional benefit may be applied per qualifying condition unless explicitly stated

4. Bundle Conditions

  • Bundles are sold as fixed configurations and cannot be modified, substituted, or separated
  • All components must be purchased together to qualify for bundle pricing
  • If any bundle component is returned, canceled, or becomes unavailable, Mudify reserves the right to adjust or void promotional pricing
  • Bundle availability is subject to inventory of all included components

5. Assembly Terms

  • Assembly offers apply only to eligible products as specified on the product page
  • Assembled products are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable
  • If a refund includes assembly services, the full non-discounted assembly cost may be deducted from the refund amount
  • Orders including assembly services may require additional processing and build time prior to shipment

6. Fulfillment & Shipping

  • Processing times may vary for orders containing bundles, assembly, or promotional items
  • Shipping timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed
  • Mudify is not responsible for carrier delays, delivery interruptions, lost packages, or transit-related issues once an order has shipped

7. Orders & Pricing

  • Mudify reserves the right to cancel, refuse, or adjust orders due to pricing errors, technical issues, inventory discrepancies, or promotional miscalculations
  • Customers will be notified when applicable and may approve corrected pricing prior to order processing
  • No additional charges will be applied without customer authorization

8. Returns & Refunds

  • Standard return policy applies to eligible non-assembled items
  • Assembled products are non-returnable and non-refundable
  • Promotional items remain subject to manufacturer warranty coverage
  • Refunds may be adjusted if promotional eligibility conditions are no longer met after return, cancellation, or modification of the order

9. Fraud, Abuse & Verification

Mudify reserves the right to verify all promotional eligibility and deny benefits in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, abuse, or violation of these Terms & Conditions.

  • All promotions have no cash value and are non-transferable
