Terms and Conditions: Old Man Emu Shocks Promo

Eligibility: The "Get Up to $300 in rebates with our Old Man Emu Shocks Promo" (hereinafter referred to as the "Promotion") is open to residents of the United States who purchase eligible Old Man Emu (OME) lift kits as outlined in Options 1, 2, and 3 below. Employees of Mudify and its affiliates, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.

Promotion Period: The Promotion is valid for purchases made between May 13, 2024, and June 30, 2024 (the "Promotion Period"). Purchases made before or after the Promotion Period will not be eligible for rebates.

Rebate Options:

• Option 1: Purchase four Nitrocharger shocks and receive a $100 rebate.
• Option 2: Purchase four MT64 shocks and receive a $200 rebate.
• Option 3: Purchase four BP-51 shocks and receive a $300 rebate.

Redemption Process:

Promotion Period: May 13 to June 30, 2024. Orders must be placed during this time. Consumers will have until July 31, 2024 to redeem their rebate. The rebate will be in the form of a prepaid visa or Mastercard by ARB directly.

• To redeem the rebate, customers must purchase the specified OME lift kits during the Promotion Period from authorized Mudify retailers.
• After making a qualifying purchase, customers must visit the designated redemption website provided by ARB and follow the instructions to submit the necessary information.
• The rebate will be provided by ARB in the form of a prepaid credit card. The exact date of distribution will be announced by ARB and is subject to their processing timelines.

The rebate provided under this Promotion is non-transferable and can only be used by the individual named on the prepaid credit card.

The rebate cannot be redeemed for cash or used in conjunction with any other offers or promotions.

Mudify shall not be liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged prepaid credit cards.

Mudify reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice.

By participating in this Promotion, participants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

Mudify and ARB reserve the right to verify the eligibility of participants and disqualify any individual found to be in violation of these Terms and Conditions or engaged in fraudulent activities.

Any personal information collected during the course of this Promotion will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Promotion and will be handled in accordance with Mudify's Privacy Policy.
