I ordered a full suspension kit. Bilstein 5100 with the old man emu leaf springs. Too easy! The install just like Eddie says,“plug and play” I’m just starting with new suspension on my 2015 Tacoma. Every person I interacted with was knowledgeable, super professional, and answered all my questions. To help get me set up right. I even called to check and ask questions about shipment and the staff on the phone was super awesome and made sure I had my questions answered. The free shock assembly service on the website was a bit confusing, I ended up ordering a set of new top hats that I didn’t end up needing as it was confusing figuring out the online layout on the website for how to make sure that I choose the free shock assembly. I ended up returning the top hats. The guy on the phone took care of it for me though and all was good. I love my arb mt-64 shock set-up and I appreciated all the prompt communication from the staff and awesome customer service.

Q.01Do you install lift kits, or is it DIY?
Most kits are installed by a professional shop near you. We can point you to installers in our network, or your kit ships with everything a qualified shop needs to get it done right.
Q.02Will a lift kit void my factory warranty?
In the US, the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act generally protects you from a dealer voiding your whole warranty just for running aftermarket parts; they'd have to prove the part caused the specific issue. We recommend keeping your installation records just in case.
Q.03Do you offer shock and spring assembly service?
Yes. We can pre-assemble your shocks and springs before they ship, so your installer isn't guessing at spring compression or preload. It's optional and added at checkout.
Q.04What's the process if I need to return something?
Reach out through the site or call us, no long explanation needed. If it's still new and inside the return window, we'll get you a label and refund it, no back and forth.
Q.05Do you offer financing?
