Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
Package Protection Overview
Mudify.com offers a Package Protection product designed to provide insurance coverage for items in transit. This coverage is intended to offer peace of mind and swift resolution in cases where packages are damaged during delivery.
The Package Protection plan provides coverage for packages that arrive in a damaged or compromised condition, excluding leaf springs, which may experience minor scratches or paint chipping due to their specific packaging.
- The Package Protection does not apply to products shipped from Mudify LLC's manufacturers.
- Leaf springs are excluded from this coverage due to their specific packaging and potential for minor cosmetic damage. Learn more about the leaf springs shipping here.
- This insurance does not cover any circumstances beyond the control of Mudify.com, including but not limited to acts of nature, theft after delivery, and customer negligence.
Package Protection only covers delays in package delivery of 7 business days or less. We cannot guarantee delivery within this timeframe due to carrier constraints.
If 7 business days have passed since the expected delivery date and you have purchased the Package Protection, Mudify.com will cancel the original shipment and send a replacement package at no additional cost.
If you receive a package covered by the Package Protection plan in a damaged or compromised condition, please follow these steps to initiate a claim:
- Take clear photos of the damaged package and its contents, clearly showing the extent of the damage.
- Contact Mudify.com's Customer Support within 24 hours of package receipt to report the damage and initiate a claim.
- Create a ticket providing all necessary documentation, including photos and any relevant information requested by Mudify.com's Customer Support.
- Mudify.com will review the provided information and may request additional details if needed.
- If the claim is approved, Mudify.com will arrange for the replacement of the damaged item(s) covered by the Package Protection plan.
If your claim is approved, Mudify.com will provide a replacement for the damaged item(s) covered by the Package Protection plan. Mudify.com reserves the right to determine the appropriate replacement, which may include the same item or a similar item of equal value.
Duration and Termination
The Package Protection coverage starts from the moment of purchase and lasts for a duration of 30 days from the date of delivery.
Mudify.com reserves the right to terminate or modify the Package Protection service at any time without prior notice.
Limitations and Liability
Mudify.com's liability is limited to the terms and conditions outlined in this document.
Mudify.com is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of the Package Protection service.
These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between You and Mudify.com regarding the Package Protection service.
These terms are subject to change without prior notice.
