DON'T WANT THE ITEM ANYMORE
- All items are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in their original packaging and in new (unused) condition.
- Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable. However, we offer discounted shipping labels for returns to help minimize your expenses.
- Please note that if the product or its box is not in perfect condition, we may charge a 15% restocking fee as we cannot sell it at full price again.
- We reserve the right to charge up to the full price of the product if it has been installed, damaged, or not received in good condition.
- Products that have been installed, assembled, modified, damaged, have missing components, missing manufacturer documentation, or damaged packaging are not eligible for return.
- If an item qualifies for a Manufacturer's Warranty or guarantee, we will provide you with the necessary information to contact the original manufacturer.
- If you received a defective item, you can return it to us at no cost within 30 days of delivery.
- If you wish to exchange an item, we can assist with the shipping costs (restrictions apply).
RECEIVED WRONG ITEM
- If we sent you the wrong item or if the product is defective, we will cover the shipping costs and waive any return fees.
DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
- If your items are damaged by the shipping carrier or during transit, please refrain from installing the damaged item and report it to us immediately.
- You have 7 days after delivery to report a damaged item.
- If your order has shown no advancement in transit for more than 5 days or if it has a status of "delivered" but hasn't been received, please submit a claim here so we can quickly send you a new part.
