DON'T WANT THE ITEM ANYMORE

  • - All items are eligible for return within 30 days of the delivery date only if items are in its original packaging and in new (unused) condition. Original & return shipping are non-refundable, but don't worry we will provide a discounted shipping label for your return so you do not pay full price ;) We do not like to charge restocking fee BUT if the product or its box is not in perfect condition we can't sell it at full price again so we may charge you 15% restocking fee.
    We reserve the right to charge up to the full price of the product was installed, damaged or not received in its good condition.
  • - Products that have been installed, modified, damaged, have missing components, missing manufacturer documentation or damaged packaging are not eligible for return.
  • -If an item qualified for a Manufacturer’s Warranty or guarantee, we will put you in touch with the original Manufacturer of that product. Information on warranty and guarantee can be found in the original product package.

DEFECTIVE ITEM

If you received a defective item, DON'T WORRY! You can return it to us within 30 days of delivery at NO COST.

EXCHANGE

If you want to exchange an item, we will help you pay for the shipping (restrictions apply).

RECEIVED WRONG ITEM

  • - We will pay for shipping and waive any return fees if we sent you the wrong item or if the product is defective.

DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

  • - If your items are damaged by the shipping carrier or in transit, do not install the damaged item are report it right away.
  • - You have 7 days after delivery to report a damaged item.

LOST ITEM

  • If your order shows no advancement in transit for more than 5 days or has a status of "delivered" but hasn't been received, Submit a Lost Product Claim
