  • ● Shipping Costs:We are not responsible for the cost of shipping items to the manufacturer for warranty service. We limit our warranty to the terms and conditions the manufacturer sets and do not cover warranty costs ourselves.
  • ● Non-Transferable:Warranties are non-transferable and apply only to the original purchaser.
  • ● Exclusions:Warranty coverage does not extend to products that have been damaged due to abuse, misuse, improper repairs, neglected maintenance, improper or incorrect installation, alteration, or modification. Mudify will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, including inconveniences, labor costs, legal fees, or any other expenses incurred while the item was in use or during the inspection for a warranty claim.
  • ● Lost or Damaged Shipments:As the customer is the shipper, it is the customer's responsibility to file any claims for lost or damaged shipments with the carrier, if necessary.
